All of the information on our site is correct to the best of our knowledge, and disclosed with honesty and integrity. Should you notice that anything is incorrect please contact us so we can correct it. These conditions govern all contracts made by Fine Time Watches Ltd (herein known as The Vendor).

 

All watches are covered by a 14-day money back guarantee. If you are not 100% satisfied with the product you have received you are welcome to return it for a refund. Watches must be returned in the same condition in which they were received and once a decision to return has been made the watch must not be worn. The inspection period for the returned watch to the vendor is 48 hours from receipt. The cost of the return postage is not the responsibility of the vendor.

All of our watches are insured during transit when they are sent to you. It remains your responsibility at all times to arrange suitable cover under your own insurance for the watch if returning it.

All watches remain the property of The Vendor until paid for in full. All orders are accepted on the basis that the payment is made in full prior to delivery. The Vendor reserves the right to amend listed prices and specifications without notice and at any time withdraw any of the items without prior notice.

    

English Law shall govern any disputes arising out of the sale of any items referred to in the catalogue of The Vendor. 

All watches shown on this site are subject to availability. These conditions are included to comply with the terms of our insurance policy and will only be used as a last resort.
